Mallory and Dylan’s wedding at the Hot Springs Country Club took place on a bright spring day and included my favorite things about a wedding: a glowing bride, a dashing groom, and the very best friends and family who clearly lift them up. Given how much I adore Mallory & Dylan, it’s easy to say their celebration was one of my favorites, not only because of how beautiful it was but also because of how much I just enjoyed every moment of the day. It was laid-back, fun, and just a joy to photograph!
The Hot Springs Country Club served as the perfect venue for this classic southern soiree. Surrounded by rolling green hills and drenched in radiant sunlight, the outdoor ceremony space felt both organic and elevated. Anne Claire Allen, a dear friend and one of the most talented planners I know, brought Mallory’s vision to life with her signature touch of timeless elegance. The white, blue, and green color palette was a fresh nod to spring, while the lush floral arrangements courtesy of Silks A Bloom—featuring orchids, hydrangeas, and greenery—added an elevated, garden-inspired feel.
Mallory’s bouquet was a showstopper, crafted from delicate orchids and tied with a white ribbon embroidered with her grandparents’ initials and wedding date. It was a subtle yet deeply meaningful detail that spoke volumes about Mallory’s love for family.
Being part of Mallory and Dylan’s wedding day reminded me of all the reasons I love this job. After over a decade in the industry, I still find so much joy in telling love stories through my camera lens. Getting to know a couple makes my job so meaningful and personal, and am always just so thankful to be invited into these treasured moments. Mallory & Dylan were no exception, and after their wedding has ended, I feel like I’ve made some very special friends for life!
To all the newly engaged couples out there, I hope Mallory and Dylan’s wedding inspires you as much as it inspired me. Planning a wedding is no small feat, but when you stay true to what matters most—your love and the people who support it—the result is always magical. And to the planners and creatives who make days like this possible, thank you for turning dreams into reality.
